Ultimate Homemade Soft Scrub: DIY Recipe for a Sparkling and Eco-Friendly Clean
It’s wash day at my house (pretty much everyday!) and I’m sharing my go-to bathroom cleaning scrub. This homemade soft scrub is similar to its namesake and works just as good, if not better. Plus, it’s completely natural. The baking soda + Epsom salt act as an abrasive that cleans, cuts grease and grime buildup, mildly bleaches, removes stains, disinfects, and sanitizes. The lemon and tea tree essential oils and hydrogen peroxide act similarly to sanitize and oxidize. This recipe takes less than five minutes to measure, pour, and stir and, it’s all you need to clean the shower, porcelain tub and sink, and the outside of the toilet. And, just like all the other recipes I share, you can make it safely right at the kitchen sink. Enjoy!

All the ingredients in this recipe are safe to go down the drain and into our waterways. The end result is gentle on the hands and can be used to wash them. Note: Be mindful of your cleaning routine so as not to use too much water. Hope you enjoy!
