Two-in-One Natural Cleaning & Disinfecting Wipes
1 cup distilled water
1 tablespoon liquid Castile soap
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup rubbing alcohol
For a bright, fresh spring clean scent, try this blend:
• 10 drops lemon essential oil – for a crisp, invigorating burst
• 10 drops sweet orange essential oil – adding a cheerful, citrusy sweetness
• 5 drops eucalyptus essential oil – to give a cool, clean finish
Reusable cloth wipes or paper towels
Instructions:
In an airtight container (such as a mason jar), combine the distilled water and Castile soap. Mix to blend.
Then incorporate the essential oils. Mix to blend.
Finally, add the white vinegar and rubbing alcohol—this order helps prevent curdling.
Place your reusable cloth wipes or a roll of unpaper towels in the container, ensuring they’re fully saturated. Fabric will begin to soak up the liquid. Once all the liquid is absorbed, the sheets are ready to use.
Seal the container and give it a shake before each use.
When liquid in the jar is empty, repeat all steps reusing the same cleaned sheets.
Tips:
Cut your old cotton fabric into squares about 6×6" shapes, and fold into thirds.
