Natural Wellness: ACV Infusion with Oat Straw, Dandelion Root, and Horsetail

Your body is a miraculous vessel, constantly working behind the scenes to repair, regenerate, and rejuvenate itself.

Every single day, your cells are tirelessly renewing, your tissues mending, and your organs restoring optimal function.

This incredible process of self-repair is a testament to the innate intelligence and resilience of your body.

By providing the right nourishment, care, and environment, you can support and enhance this natural healing power.

Here’s a simple herbal-infused vinegar recipe that you can add to smoothies, mocktails, and juices to boost it with the right nourishment for the whole body. 🌿✨

In 2-4 weeks you’ve got a herbal-infused vinegar that serves as a potent and versatile remedy, promoting health and well-being.

The blend I offer showcases a selection of intelligent herbs:

Dandelion root

Horsetail

Oatstraw

Instructions:

>In a glass jar, fill 3/4 of the jar with chopped fresh or fill 1/3 of the jar with crushed dried herbs.

>Pour the ACV over the herbs in the jar. Make sure herbs are fully submerged.

>Seal the jar with a lid and let it sit in a cool, dark place for about 2-4 weeks. Best to use parchment paper in between if using a metal lid.

>Store at room temperature away from direct light.

>You can shake the jar gently every day or when you remember.

>After the infusion period, strain the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean jar or container. Compost those herbs. *If using fresh herbs, don’t squeeze out the liquid from the herbs.

>Store the elixir in a cool, dark place.

>Consider taking 1-3 tablespoons 3x daily.

>Add a bit of honey or water to dilute if necessary.

>This herbal vinegar should be good for a year.

> If it has any chunks, turns black, shows signs of mold, or smells odd I suggest discarding it.
