Here are the recipes.
Ingredients:
4 cups of water
1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey for added sweetness.
Herbs: 1t = one teaspoon + 1T = one tablespoon
Blue: 1t of Butterfly Pea Flower, 1t of Fennel, and 1T of Chickweed
Green: 1T of Nettle, 1T of Green Tea, and 1t of Peppermint
Purple: 1t of Butterfly Pea Flower, 1T of Red Clover, and 1T of Lemon Balm + 1/4 cup of Lemon
Red: 1T of Hibiscus, 1T of Oat Straw and 1T of Dandelion Root
Yellow: 1T of Catnip, 1T of Lemon Balm, and 1T of Chamomile
Directions: Infuse for 15-20 minutes, covered. Drain herbs and save for a second infusion. Add sweetener of choice, and lemon, if using. Let to cool to room temperature. Put in fridge or serve over ice and enjoy!
